The Deputy Governor of Makkah Region receives the final report on the performance evaluation of entities participating in the implementation of the General Emergency Plan for Hajj 1446 AH

His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Makkah Region, received at the Emirate’s headquarters in Jeddah Major General Eid bin Salem Al-Qahtani, Head of the Government Entities Performance Evaluation Team for the implementation of the General Emergency Plan, along with team members. His Highness was presented with the final report evaluating the performance of the entities participating in the implementation of the General Emergency Plan for Hajj 1446 AH, with the involvement of several agencies.

His Highness expressed appreciation for the efforts of all participating entities in the implementation of the plan, stressing that the successes achieved were, first , by the grace of Allah Almighty, then through the support provided by the wise leadership – may Allah protect it – in addition to the cooperation that reflected the spirit of integration and teamwork among the various sectors in serving the Guests of Allah.

The Deputy Governor of the Makkah Region was also briefed on the work carried out by the team, which focused on several key aspects. These included reviewing the detailed emergency plans prepared by the relevant entities, conducting field visits to several agencies and their operational sites in Makkah and the Holy Sites, attending drills and simulation exercises, being stationed during peak days in Makkah and the Holy Sites, and assessing those activities and procedures. At the conclusion of its work, the evaluation team highlighted a number of outcomes, which collectively confirmed the integration and significant efforts exerted by all entities, contributing to the successful management of the Hajj season as demonstrated by the results.
